FED LAW STATES:Federal law prohibits employers and others from requiring vaccination with a Covid-19 vaccine distributed under an EUA

GOP Mounts Fight Against ‘COVID-19 Passports’

A COVID-19 vaccination card is displayed at the Banning Recreation Center Tuesday, April 13, 2021, in Wilmington, Calif. The site switched from its original plan to use the Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 to the Pfizer vaccine. California's pause on using the Johnson & Johnson vaccine as federal agencies examine a possible and rare side effect is unlikely to affect vaccination efforts in the nation's most populous state as it moves to start inoculating people 16 and older this week. Rep. Jody Hice (R-Ga.) is one of many Republicans opposed to the idea of a vaccine passport. He and other like minded people have called it a government overreach and think Americans have the right to decide for themselves if they want a vaccine.
“For those who have the vaccines, what do they have to worry about? Why do they care about someone else who does not have a vaccine?” Hice asked. “If they’re vaccinated they feel safe, that’s their business.”
The credentials would require individuals to show proof of vaccination in order to access businesses or events. Proponents see it as one of the ways to beat the coronavirus pandemic.

Gov. DeSantis; Lockdowns Were Huge Mistake

Fla. Gov. DeSantis: Lockdowns were a ‘huge mistake’

MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA - APRIL 08: Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis speaks during a press conference at the Miami Beach Convention Center on April 08, 2020 in Miami Beach, Florida. Gov. DeSantis spoke about the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers converting the convention center into a field hospital with 400 regular hospital beds and 50 ICU beds, with the ability to scale up to 1,000 beds if needed, as the region prepares for a possible surge of coronavirus patients. UPDATED 3:55 PM PT – Friday, April 16, 2021
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) admitted the lockdowns, including in his own state, were a huge mistake.
In an exclusive interview with The Epoch Times, DeSantis said everyone wanted to reduce the damage from the virus, but none of the lockdowns worked to slow the spread.
After the initial 30 day lockdown, DeSantis allowed Florida to fully reopen in September. According to reports, Florida is doing the same if not better than states still under lockdown. Reports even say Florida’s economy is booming compared to states like California and New York.
Speaking to reporters on Friday, DeSantis criticized the federal government for horrific messaging on coronavirus safety.

Maricopa County Recount; Democrats could face challenges in holding on to power.

Need To Know

Arizona: Republican Senate to Audit Maricopa
County for 2020 Election Fraud

Summary by JW Williams
Maricopa County, with 2.1-million ballots, accountes for about 60% of Arizona’s votes. After court battles, the Republican majority Arizona State Senate passed a bill that would grant the Arizona legislature the authority to subpoena election records including ballots and tabulating equipment after Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) refused to allow access to the county’s ballots from the 2020 election and tried to prevent an independent audit. Jovan Pulitzer, the tech expert who can detect fraud from ink marks and paper folds, will be involved in the audit.   In early March, the MCBOS loaded 2020 election ballots on a truck for delivery to the Arizona Senate even though the Senate had not yet asked for the ballots. There is no evidence the ballots were moved under the proper chain of custody,

Sen. Ted Cruz’s Exchange With Biden Nominee Over Defunding Police

Video Team

Editor’s note: Kristen Clarke, nominated by President Joe Biden to be the assistant attorney general in charge of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, testified Wednesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Below is a transcript of her conversation with Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas.
Sen. Ted Cruz: Welcome to both of the nominees. Ms. Clarke, as I look to your record, I see the record of someone who has spent a career as a partisan advocate. Last year, you wrote an op-ed in Newsweek entitled, “I Prosecuted Police Killings. Defund the Police—But Be Strategic.” Do you still believe it is a good idea to defund the police?
Kristen Clarke: Thank you, Senator, for that question. I do not support defunding the police. The impetus for writing that op-ed was to make clear that I do not support defunding the police, and I spent considerable time talking about the need to channel resources to places such as mental health treatment to alleviate some of the burdens that we place on the doorstep of law enforcement, some of the issues we ask them to wrestle with that are outside their core competency, but if I—
Cruz: Ms. Clarke, we have limited time. You say you don’t support defunding the police, you just said it twice. The title of your article was “Defund the Police.” But let’s not just look to the title, your article begins by saying that the national protests we saw last year, quote, “opened up space for transformative policy discussion,” and you then continue to write, and this is a quote, “Into that space has surged a unifying call from the Black Lives Matter movement: ‘Defund the police.’” Do you really believe ‘defund the police’ is a unifying call?
Clarke: I don’t support defund the police.
Cruz: I’m reading from your article.

Until we get healthy, mature adults back into authority positions, we will continue to see harmful, hypocritical decisions being made

What kind of People are Running America?

What kind of People are Running America?Americas’ Michael Johnson, the elite 400 and 200-meter sprinter, stretched the chest area on his track jersey when he won Olympic gold to showcase the U.S.A lettering.

U.S. Olympic champion Carl Lewis ran with the American flag after capturing 1st place in the 100-meter dash.

“I love you, America.” was shouted by U.S. Olympic champion Justin Gatlin after beating an elite field at the Olympic games.

Does anyone not brainwashed consider Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, or Adam Schiff to be well-adjusted people?

All American men and all proud to be American.

The reality that the United States has had a shameful past regarding slavery is not in dispute.  But what sane leader would punish their citizens for something they did not do on an event long ago past.   America has matured and grown and now is by far the most diverse and fair country on the planet.  That begs the question: Who are the people who see racism everywhere in a society where elected officials, business executives, and educators come from every ethnic background?

What kind of person creates a problem where none exists? An unhappy person. A person who craves power to fill their inner emptiness. Someone who gets temporary relief by seeing other people suffer.  There are numerous unhappy people in this country, and many of them reside in Washington DC, are seen on cable news, and head “activist” groups. Society sees these unhappy, miserable people as success stories because power and wealth are seen by society as a success.

And although on the surface corruption and greed are the activities and motives, the driving force for many of these sad individuals is fear.

THE HIGHLANDS TEA PARTY – May 11, 2021 – This Week’s Speaker – John Lott “Gun Control Myths”

This week our speaker will be John Lott – founder of the Crime Prevention Research Center. He also is an economist and a world-recognized expert on guns and crime. Lott recently served in the Trump administration as Senior Advisor for Research and Statistics in the Office of Justice Programs for the US Department of Justice and then the Senior Advisor for Research and Statistics in the Office of Legal Policy for the US Department of Justice.
He has done extensive research into guns and gun violence. Says Lott “The news media give people a very skewed view of guns and crime, and push policies that, paradoxically, endanger people’s lives. They do this not only by choosing what crimes to cover (or not cover), but also by the statistics and research that they choose to relay. After the New York Times recently fired its opinion page editor for publishing a conservative viewpoint, it isn’t surprising that news articles have become increasingly selective in what they choose to report.
Lott has held research or teaching positions at various academic institutions including the University of Chicago, Yale University, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Stanford University, and Rice University, and was the chief economist at the United States Sentencing Commission during 1988-1989. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from UCLA.
In his presentation, Lott covers gun control myths such as “Why the US is number one in mass shootings,””Why gun ownership is declining,””how guns allow people to kill more quickly” and “how background checks will stop mass public shootings.”
Moreover, Lott is a prolific author for both academic and popular publications. He has published over 100 articles in peer-reviewed academic journals and written nine books, including “More Guns, Less Crime,” “The Bias Against Guns,” and “Freedomnomics.” His most recent books are “Dumbing Down the Courts: How politics keeps the smartest judges off the bench” and “The War on Guns.”
