Trump Team Will Prove Case ‘Within Next Two Weeks’ in Court

Sidney Powell: Trump Team Will Prove
Case ‘Within Next Two Weeks’ in Court

Former Texas Prosecutor Sidney Powell (The Epoch Times)

November 20, 2020 Updated: November 20, 2020
Seemingly responding to calls from conservatives to present evidence of voter fraud in the Nov. 3 election, Trump team lawyer Sidney Powell said the campaign will be able to present their claims in court in the “next two weeks.”
“We have more evidence now than half the prison population is imprisoned on,” Powell told Fox Business on Friday, responding to a statement from Dominion Voting Systems in denying the Trump team’s claim that software could be manipulated to overturn the election against President Donald Trump, as well as claims the company had links to Venezuela’s regime.
“All I can tell you is that well, the company might have somehow severed or tried to sever the relationships recently, I don’t know how they are parsing their words, but I can tell you that the company was started with Venezuelan money in Venezuela for the express purpose of rigging elections for Hugo Chavez,” Powell said. Powell also said that people could remotely watch the votes and flip them in real time.
“We have evidence now of information from the systems going to three or four different foreign countries during the time of the election, those countries themselves could have watched the live votes come in and changed the numbers,” said Powell. “There’s significant evidence of foreign interference from the worst communist countries on the Earth with our election.”
Dominion has repeatedly denied that it has ties with Venezuela, Cuba, or any other countries, saying that it also has no ties to Smartmatic, another election software company that was created by Venezuelan engineers years ago. Smartmatic has also denied the Trump legal team’s allegations. Dominion said that it purchased assets from Sequoia, a previous subsidiary of Smartmatic in 2010.
“Dominion is plainly a non-partisan American company with no ties to Venezuela or Cuba,” Dominion told news outlets on Thursday. “Vote counts are conducted by county and state election officials, not by Dominion, or any other election technology company—our systems support tabulation by those officials alone.”
The firm also said it did not operate systems in some contested areas such as Philadelphia, Milwaukee, and Wisconsin’s Dane County.
But Powell said they have “got all kinds of evidence that is mathematically irrefutable by experts, including three professors at Princeton, and it all proves the same thing, the evidence of individual poll watchers who saw votes come in, saw the machines manipulated.” She did not provide evidence in the Fox Business interview or point to any figures.
Her statements Friday came after Tucker Carlson of Fox News and others, including Sen. Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), called for evidence to back up the claims.
“She never sent us any evidence, despite a lot of polite requests. When we kept pressing, she got angry and told us to stop contacting her. When we checked with others around the Trump campaign, people in positions of authority, they also told us Powell had never given them any evidence to prove anything she claimed at the press conference,” Carlson said. “Powell did say that electronic voting is dangerous, and she’s right, but she never demonstrated that a single actual vote was moved illegitimately by software from one candidate to another. Not one,” he said.
Powell, in response, told Fox Business that she wasn’t angry about the evidence demand but Carlson was “insulting, demanding, and rude, and I told him not to contact me again, in those terms.”
“In fact, I sent an affidavit to Tucker that I had not even attached to a pleading yet to help him understand the situation, and I offered him another witness who could explain the math and the statistical evidence far better than I can. I’m not really a numbers person,” she added.
Dominion and Smartmatic have not responded to requests for comment.

Rumble — Based on the U.S. Constitution, there is a scenario in which the U.S. House of Representatives is the one that ultimately picks the next President, says Alabama Congressman Mo Brooks. And each state would have only a single vote.
In this episode, we sit down with Congressman Brooks to discuss the allegations of election irregularities and voter fraud and what they’ll mean for the 2020 election.

What are the odds of dying from COVID-19 compared to other coronaviruses?
This is a common question I get asked both from my patients as well as comments on my YouTube videos. The odds of dying from COVID-19 have been well established but what about for other coronaviruses.
There are 7 different human coronaviruses some of which cause the common cold and others have caused outbreaks such as MERS, SARS and of course COVID-19. I will review the current knowledge on these coronaviruses and compare the current COVID-19 pandemic with other coronavirus infections.

Wisconsin Badgers Campaign with Last-Minute Changes

November 20, 2020

Contesting an election is no easy feat–especially when state Democrats are changing the rules as they go along! In Wisconsin, where President Trump trails Joe Biden by 20,608 votes (0.6 of a point), it made sense to pay the money and ask for a recount. After all, the race is close, and the Badger State has had its share of irregularities. But what if the biggest irregularity is how the election commission is acting?
Imagine an NFL team challenging a play, and then, while the referee is under the hood, he decides to change the rulebook first? That’s what the president is facing in Wisconsin–only worse, former GOP state chairman Reince Preibus says. His campaign had to fork over three million dollars, thinking they had a chance of success based on how the procedures were written. Then, the Wisconsin Election Commission decides, “Oh, let’s change the rules,” making everyone on the Trump team wonder if the money was even worth it!
“It’s pretty wild,” Reince said on “Washington Watch” Thursday. The former chief of staff to President Trump knows the state well and has been shocked at how difficult Wisconsin is making this on the campaign. Of course, he said, “Wisconsin has a long history of problems,” dating back to 2004 when the Milwaukee Police Department issued a 70-page report about all kinds of suspicious activity–like felons voting, dead people voting, registered voters at addresses that were empty lots or vacant buildings. A lot of it, Reince pointed out, “wasn’t so much flat-out cheating by people.” It was more a problem of “systematic failures.” And no one has been forced to look at some these questions until now.
But is there enough to change the outcome of the state? Preibus thinks so. “Now I’m not representing the campaign,” he was quick to say. “I’m not on the ground. But I do understand the complaint. Wisconsin has never adopted the laws that it needs to become an early vote state. So we are not an early voting state. But what’s happened over the years is that the clerks and the Wisconsin Election Commission have allowed what’s called ‘in-person absentee ballot voting'” to get around the rules. “And so what you have in the state of Wisconsin are thousands and thousands of people that are potentially going into these precincts, voting early or absentee ballot without actually filling out an absentee ballot request form.” It’s a rogue operation, he warned, outside the confines of the law. “Well, it’s not legal. It’s not what the state allows.”
That’s one thing. The second thing is that the Wisconsin Election Commission has told clerks that they can “fix” certain absentee ballots that came in without addresses. “And so you have clerks repairing and fixing ballots to make them legal for people that were using the absentee ballot system, which, by the way, isn’t appropriate under the law.” Then there’s the run-around on the voter ID law, which has helped thousands of people vote without confirming their identity. All of these issues leave the system open to manipulation.
Whether or not Trump will benefit from the recount he’s just gotten in two counties, we don’t know. But one of the positive outcomes of this challenge–and so many others–is that it’s forcing people to clean up our voting systems in some of these states who’ve been lax in enforcing the rules. Americans need to have confidence in our system.
“That’s one of the things that I think is also motivating folks in the Republican Party to get involved. And it’s really to do exactly as you say once and for all. We’ve got the resources to go into a state like Wisconsin and say, ‘Okay, how are the clerks administering these absentee ballots? Why do we have folks that are confined to nursing homes? Why are those numbers three times higher this time than they were four years ago? And why are clerks filling in people’s addresses and fixing absentee ballots? Why is this stuff happening? And now we get to ask the questions.”
Regardless of whether Donald Trump is ultimately successful, Americans are fortunate to have in this president a leader who’s willing to force the issue–when historically, Republicans haven’t had the backbone to stand up and ask these questions on a national level. In the end, if our votes are legally counted, every voter wins.

Sidney Powell fires back: Tucker Carlson
was ‘insulting, demanding, and rude’

Sidney Powell, an attorney on President Trump’s election legal team, shot back at Fox News host Tucker Carlson the morning after he said she “got angry” and refused to provide evidence on his show for her claims of voting software flipping votes.
“No, I didn’t get angry with the request to provide evidence,” the former federal prosecutor said Friday morning during an interview with Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo.
“In fact, I sent an affidavit to Tucker that I had not even attached to a pleading yet to help him understand the situation, and I offered him another witness who could explain the mathematics and the statistical evidence far better than I can. I’m not really a numbers person,” she added.
“But he was very insulting, demanding, and rude, and I told him not to contact me again, in those terms,” Powell concluded.
Powell did not state whether it was Carlson or a member of his team she spoke to about appearing on his show.
On his show Friday night, Carlson said that he had made “a lot of requests” for Powell to provide evidence for the Trump campaign’s allegations of widespread voter fraud but was given “not a page.”
“We took Sidney Powell seriously. We had no intention of fighting with her. We’ve always respected her work. We simply wanted to see the details. How could you not want to see them? So, we invited Sidney Powell on the show. We would’ve given her the whole hour. We would’ve given her the entire week, actually, and listened quietly the whole time at rapt attention. That’s a big story. But she never sent us any evidence, despite a lot of requests — polite requests. Not a page,” Carlson said.
After Powell told Carlson to stop contacting her, he said that his team “checked with others around the Trump campaign, people in positions of authority,” who said that “Powell had never given them any evidence either.”
Carlson’s show followed a wild press conference featuring Powell and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani in which they laid out their claim of a “massive” vote-rigging scheme, laying much of the blame on Dominion Voting Systems.
“We have one very strong witness who has explained how it all works,” Powell said. “His affidavit is attached to the pleadings of Lin Wood and the lawsuit he filed in Georgia. … As soon as he saw multiple states shut down the voting on the night of the election, he knew the same thing was happening here.”
Powell alleged that various “spikes” in the vote count following election night were evidence that someone was using the software in order to steal votes from Trump and propel President-elect Joe Biden to victory.
“In terms of the level of corruption we are looking at here, we have no idea how many Republican or Democratic candidates … paid to have the system rigged to work for them,” she added.
Dominion has “categorically” denied charges of fraud, such as vote-switching and software errors.
In response to Carlson’s Thursday night segment, Powell told the Washington Examiner: “Apparently Mr. Carlson missed the news conference today. I would continue to encourage him and all journalists to review all the materials we have provided so far and conduct their own investigations. Evidence continues to pour in, but a 5 minute television hit is not my focus now. Collecting evidence and preparing the case are my top priorities.”
