From our friend…

So it appears that very few people who are elected to such positions as MAYORS..GOVERNORS…etc have ever bothered to read even the first few lines of OUR CONSTITUTION..But just so everyone understands where we are..
These are the words in our PREAMBLE..“establish  Justice, insure domestic tranquility, promote the general welfare.”...Those are just a few of the words that it appears almost every single Mayor or Governor in the states that are experiencing the looting..the rioting…the shooting of police officers..have either never read…or never bothered to understand the meaning of those words..But those words have established and supported this country for nearly 250 yrs …And until the Democrats and the Left decided that those words mean nothing  we have done pretty well..
But over the past several days the failure to adhere to those words in our CONSTITUTION have now led to looting..shooting..and riots and the average American does not feel that there is much DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY…But think for a minute..The people who vote in this country are the people with a vested interest in our DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY…And guess what..almost all of those people who are rioting…looting…and shooting..DON’T VOTE..
My guess is..less than 20/25% of all those people running around destroying property actually  vote…..and the rest do not plan to vote..So the question one has to ask is…Exactly why are DEMOCRATS..and make no mistake..they run every single one of those cities that are under siege, why are Democrats not living up to their elected responsibilities…They are elected to insure..DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY and they are doing the exact opposite..they are actually guaranteeing chaos..mayhem ..rioting..property destruction…WHY?…
Good question isn’t it…You know why it is such a good question..Because to has no good answer..But I  will tell you exactly what they are hoping it will accomplish.. and frankly, this is a really sick group of people…They want Donald Trump to fail and they think this will finally do it and the media is “all in”..100%…These same people failed with THE RUSSIAN CONSPIRACY..THE MUELLER INVESTIGATION…STORMY WEATHER…MICHAEL AVANATI…IMPEACHMENT..and even the VIRUS SHUTDOWN has not worked like they hoped..and guess what showed up after  all this failure …YEP…A bad policeman who should be in jail…and now they have their very last chance..and they are at in grand anarchy style..”Kattie bar the door.”.Let the ANTIFA and its buddies destroy our cities..But our cities don’t elect Presidents..and these looters and rioters don’t elect Presidents..THEY DON’T VOTE.

The LEFT is failing badly..the DEMOCRATS are letting our country sink into a sewer simply so they can obtain POWER…It won’t work this time either..Democrats went this route once before..We had the riots in our cities in the 60s..Richard Nixon was LAW & ORDER candidate…and he won..You can bet your last dollar that Joe Biden has not a clue what “LAW & ORDER” is ..NADA..That Bag Lady from San Francisco has no clue..just look at the streets of San Francisco. At the end of the day..this will NOT play well with the people who elected Donald Trump…and he will win in NOV and we will have LAW & ORDER…..DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY will return.. Just like the CONSTITUTION PROMISED

Tucker Carlson: Our leaders have dithered and lied about the riots as the nation goes up in flames

The nation went up in flames this weekend. No one in charge stood up to save America. Our leaders dithered. They cowered. They openly sided with the destroyers. In many cases, they egged them on.  Later, they will deny doing any of this. They are denying it now. But you know the truth because you saw it happen.
This is how nations collapse. When no one in authority keeps the order, and when someone in our professional class encourage violence, American citizens are forced to defend themselves. They have no choice. No one else is going to defend them — they know that now.  It’s possible that more people will be hurt in coming days — that would be a tragedy. But in an environment like this, more violence could very well lead to a cascade of new tragedies, to something far bigger and more destructive than anything we have seen so far.
So, this isn’t over. It might simply be the beginning. We pray it isn’t.
It’s hard to think clearly about anything that’s going on right now. The chaos, the destruction, the relentless lying from above — it’s all too much. Americans are bewildered, and they are afraid. But most of all, they are filled with rage, angrier than they have ever been.  The worst people in our society have taken control. They did nothing to build this country. Now, they are tearing it down. They are rushing us toward mass suicide.  So, how do we respond? We must protect ourselves and our families. Once again, we have no choice, but to do that. But we cannot allow ourselves to become like they are.
We are not animals, we are Americans. In the face of such indecency, we must resolve to be decent. We believe this country has a future. We intend for our children to live and thrive here. That is what we are defending.  All our leaders do is set us against each other. They stage a never-ending national cockfight for their profit and amusement.
But we’re not going to play along. We will love our neighbors relentlessly in spite of all of it, not because they look like us or share our political views. But we love them because they are human beings, and they are Americans. Those are the bonds that tie us together — the bonds our leaders seek to destroy. We can’t let them.  We should start by being unsparingly honest about what is happening right now. Truth is our defense, and it’s our country’s last hope.
We plan to use this hour to create a record of this moment right now, to show you what’s really going on in your country. We feel an obligation to do that before the facts are spun into propaganda by the liars or the images are pulled off the internet forever, as many of them inevitably will be.  All our leaders do is set us against each other. They stage a never-ending national cockfight for their profit and amusement. But we’re not going to play along.
We’re going to begin with where my family lives and has lived for 35 years, in the northwest quadrant of Washington, D.C. This is called Mac Market. It’s on MacArthur Boulevard, which is named after General MacArthur during the war. It’s our neighborhood store; it’s walking distance from my house.  People meet there every morning for coffee. Kids come after school for candy. It’s as close to a community gathering spot as we have.
The market is run by the Kim family. The Kims are immigrants from Korea. They are revered in our neighborhood for their decency and their hard work. When they lost their son several years ago, the neighbors grieved for them.  The Kims are not political. They’ve never hurt anyone. They only make things better. But last night, the mob came for their store. At 1 a.m. Monday morning, Mr. Kim was kneeling alone on the sidewalk trying to salvage what he has spent his life building.
Scenes like this played out in hundreds of neighborhoods across this country, maybe yours.
Here are a few. In Columbia, S.C., a man called the police when things began to fall apart. Rioters saw him call. They surrounded that man, and they beat him. Onlookers laughed as he was pummeled.

This is a national emergency. It’s a profound national emergency. But you would never know that from listening to our elected leaders. Almost all of them pretend this is not really happening or if it is happening, it is just part of America’s long tradition of vigorous political discourse.

People watch their cities burn, while Biden and his staffers think those responsible should be allowed to walk. And this Person want to be the President!!

Biden’s Fueling Gun Sales by Backing
Fund to Bail Out Rioters

Democratic presidential candidate, former Vice President Joe Biden

The Second Amendment Foundation today said the support Democrat Joe Biden’s staff is showing to violent protesters in Minneapolis by donating to a bail fund is an “outrage,” and it demonstrates why alarmed Americans are buying more guns to protect their homes and businesses.

“After all the violence we’ve seen in major cities, Biden’s position is simply outrageous,” said SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb. “No wonder gun sales surged 80 percent in May over the same month last year. People watch their cities burn, while Biden and his staffers think those responsible should be allowed to walk. That’s a bad formula for public safety, but apparently Biden and his crew don’t get it.”

A group called the Minnesota Freedom Fund reportedly received contributions from 13 Biden staffers. The Freedom Fund reportedly opposes the practice of making people arrested pay cash bail to avoid “pre-trial imprisonment,” according to Reuters.

But a Biden campaign spokesman told Reuters the former vice-president opposes the institution of cash bail altogether, calling it a “modern day debtors prison.” He doesn’t think these anarchists should pay bail at all.

“So,” Gottlieb observed, “while Biden opposes guns for honest people, he’s all for turning dangerous rioters loose on personal recognizance, maybe so they can go somewhere else and wreak havoc.

“We wholly support the First Amendment as much as we advocate for and defend the Second,” he continued. “Peaceful, non-violent protest is as much a part of the American fabric as the right to keep and bear arms, but last weekend’s violence completely overshadowed such efforts.

“What we saw over the weekend were numerous incidents of violent vandalism, arson, theft and even criminal assault and murder committed by people who have their own agenda that has nothing to do with the tragedy in Minneapolis,” Gottlieb stated. “Biden and his staff obviously can’t tell the good guys from the bad guys.”

Justice for George Floyd: Changing laws is ‘woefully insufficient’

We’ve become complacent about a double
standard in our justice system.
What would be unacceptable for one
group is seen as commonplace for another.

What does it say about our society when a man spends eight minutes desperately asking a person sworn to protect his life not to end it?
The police in Minneapolis had confronted George Floyd on suspicion of a nonviolent crime. Onlookers who joined him in pleading with the arresting officer to remove his knee from Floyd’s neck were also unsuccessful. He died. And we are all witnesses.
And what does it say about our society when a man is killed and it takes the justice system 74 days to respond?
That’s how long it took for the two men who killed Ahmaud Arbery to be arrested, though authorities had identified them within hours of the shooting. And just last week, another 14 days later, a third man was taken in by police.
The actions of the people we trust to carry out our country’s promise of equal justice under the law speak volumes about how much more our country must do to live up to our ideals.
These horrific events come at a time when states and the federal government are beginning to remove the double standards that violate that promise. Notably, laws that criminalize poverty and reinforce systemic racism are being changed. The two of us have participated in the diverse coalition that supports this movement for justice reform. Alongside many others, we’ve experienced the excitement of real progress.
People nationwide are protesting the death of George Floyd, who died Monday while being restrained by Minneapolis police.

But Ahmaud Arbery’s murder, and now the tragic death of George Floyd, are heartbreaking reminders that whatever our country has accomplished through legal reform, we aren’t nearly finished rooting out deep-seated injustice. Simply changing laws, while necessary, is woefully insufficient.
Book justice
That’s because justice does not only live in books or legal statutes. It is written on the hearts of human beings. Without a change of heart, a law can only do so much.
When Arbery was killed, the law required swift action. But that’s not what happened.
Had the races been reversed — that is, had the men in the truck holding guns been black and the jogger white — it is simply unimaginable that an arrest would have taken more than two months.
More:Police act like laws don’t apply to them because of ‘qualified immunity.’ They’re right.
The fact that no reasonable person can disagree with this observation shows how complacent we’ve become with a double standard in our justice system. What would be unacceptable for one group is seen as commonplace for another.
The many explanations that surfaced after Arbery’s killing have become familiar excuses for the unequal application of the law.
But he looked like a criminal. But he has a record. But he was trespassing a few weeks earlier. (But he was black.)
None of these excuses justify allowing those who killed this unarmed man to walk away. This is not justice. And neither is the brutality of what happened to George Floyd.
But this failure in our country’s core institutions is not limited to the justice system.
Research shows that in the United States, African American men are 2.5 times more likely to be killed by police than white men. And while violence against black men is the most stark illustration of the injustice baked into our institutions, we see inequities across society that contribute to devastating outcomes.  We see it in education where only 6% of black high school students graduate ready for college (compared with a still abysmal 25% for everyone else). In communities, blacks are incarcerated at five times the rate of whites. In the economy, black families’ net worth is just 25% the national average.

Cultural transformation

Changing laws will help improve these outcomes, in part.  But we must do more.  Removing the barriers that are holding people back requires a deeper personal and cultural transformation.  If we are to live up to our ideals as a country, then the way our institutions function in practice must reflect a deep belief in people –in all people:  in our schools, communities, businesses, and our system of justice. And all Americans must commit to break down the barriers that betray that belief.  As long as anyone among us is treated as less than an equal part of our shared humanity, we all have much more to do.
You’ll find few who say they disagree with that statement. But actions speak louder than words. And the actions in Minnesota and Georgia speak for themselves.
The same urgent energy and spirit of unity that has emerged to change the laws that govern our justice system must come together to help us break down more fundamental barriers across society. It starts with every American asking themselves: can we live with social institutions that don’t live up to our ideals?  Or will we confront the practices that treat some among us as less than others — a view that took Ahmaud Arbery from his family forever and left his loved ones waiting 74 days for justice, and ended George Floyd’s life in those few, horrific minutes.

An Biden says the President is invoking this terror? Where has Biden been, this is happening in mostly Democratic states, and cities governed by Democrats!?

ICYMI | President Trump Delivers Remarks to the Nation

THE PRESIDENT:  Thank you very much.  My fellow Americans: My first and highest duty as President is to defend our great country and the American people.  I swore an oath to uphold the laws of our nation, and that is exactly what I will do.
All Americans were rightly sickened and revolted by the brutal death of George Floyd.  My administration is fully committed that, for George and his family, justice will be served.  He will not have died in vain.  But we cannot allow the righteous cries and peaceful protesters to be drowned out by an angry mob.  The biggest victims of the rioting are peace-loving citizens in our poorest communities, and as their President, I will fight to keep them safe.  I will fight to protect you.  I am your President of law and order, and an ally of all peaceful protesters.
But in recent days, our nation has been gripped by professional anarchists, violent mobs, arsonists, looters, criminals, rioters, Antifa, and others.  A number of state and local governments have failed to take necessary action to safeguard their residence.  Innocent people have been savagely beaten, like the young man in Dallas, Texas, who was left dying on the street, or the woman in Upstate New York viciously attacked by dangerous thugs.
Small-business owners have seen their dreams utterly destroyed.  New York’s Finest have been hit in the face with bricks.  Brave nurses, who have battled the virus, are afraid to leave their homes.  A police precinct station has been overrun.  Here in the nation’s capital, the Lincoln Memorial and the World War Two Memorial have been vandalized.  One of our most historic churches was set ablaze.  A federal officer in California, an African American enforcement hero, was shot and killed.
These are not acts of peaceful protest.  These are acts of domestic terror.  The destruction of innocent life and the spilling of innocent blood is an offense to humanity and a crime against God.
America needs creation, not destruction; cooperation, not contempt; security, not anarchy; healing, not hatred; justice, not chaos.  This is our mission, and we will succeed.  One hundred percent, we will succeed.  Our country always wins.
That is why I am taking immediate presidential action to stop the violence and restore security and safety in America.  I am mobilizing all available federal resources — civilian and military — to stop the rioting and looting, to end the destruction and arson, and to protect the rights of law-abiding Americans, including your Second Amendment rights.  Therefore, the following measures are going into effect immediately:
First, we are ending the riots and lawlessness that has spread throughout our country.  We will end it now.  Today, I have strongly recommended to every governor to deploy the National Guard in sufficient numbers that we dominate the streets.  Mayors and governors must establish an overwhelming law enforcement presence until the violence has been quelled.
If a city or a state refuses to take the actions that are necessary to defend the life and property of their residents, then I will deploy the United States military and quickly solve the problem for them.
I am also taking swift and decisive action to protect our great capital, Washington, D.C.  What happened in this city last night was a total disgrace.  As we speak, I am dispatching thousands and thousands of heavily armed soldiers, military personnel, and law enforcement officers to stop the rioting, looting, vandalism, assaults, and the wanton destruction of property.
We are putting everybody on warning: Our seven o’clock curfew will be strictly enforced.  Those who threaten innocent life and property will be arrested, detained, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
I want the organizers of this terror to be on notice that you will face severe criminal penalties and lengthy sentences in jail.  This includes Antifa and others who are leading instigators of this violence.
One law and order — and that is what it is: one law.  We have one beautiful law.  And once that is restored and fully restored, we will help you, we will help your business, and we will help your family.
America  is founded upon the rule of law.  It is the foundation of our prosperity, our freedom, and our very way of life.  But where there is no law, there is no opportunity.  Where there is no justice, there is no liberty.  Where there is no safety, there is no future.
We must never give in to anger or hatred.  If malice or violence reigns, then none of us is free.
I take these actions today with firm resolve and with a true and passionate love for our country.  By far, our greatest days lie ahead.
Thank you very much.  And now I’m going to pay my respects to a very, very special place.  Thank you very much.
